Image taken by Viking Orbiter 1 in 1971 shows a sculpture of a face in the Martian landscape. Is this a definitive sign of civilized life on Mars?

This the Martian version of Mount Rushmore, where the faces of the founding fathers of Martian Republic were sculptured in the landscape.
